1Preheat the oven to 190 degrees C and grease a muffin tin well with nonstick spray.

2Place ripe banana , lightly packed baby spinach , milk , honey , melted and cooled butter , eggs , vanilla extract , rolled oats , baking soda , salt into a blender except whole-wheat flour and mini chocolate chips , if using. 4Bake for ⏱️ 18-20 minutes or until firm to the touch and lightly browned around the edges. Remove from the oven and use a paring knife, if needed, to transfer to a wire rack to cool.
